IN PLAIN TERMS

Ownership of a ZODIAK Genesis NFT grants you display and resale rights of that digital collectible only. All music, cover art, visual artwork, brand identity, and intellectual property associated with ZODIAK and MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES remain exclusively owned by and licensed to MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES. No transfer of a token conveys any copyright, publishing rights, master recording rights, or commercial usage rights of any associated music or artwork.

ZODIAK GENESIS — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE

ARTICLE 01

GRANT OF RIGHTS

The purchase and ownership of a ZODIAK Genesis NFT ("Token") grants the holder ("Holder") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Display the Token's artwork for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Resell or transfer the Token on secondary markets subject to the collection's 7% royalty fee payable to MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES.

ARTICLE 02

RESERVED RIGHTS

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES ("Creator"). This includes but is not limited to:

  • All music compositions, lyrics, and master recordings associated with the ZODIAK album and its tracks.
  • All visual artwork, animations, and cover art used in or derived from the ZODIAK Genesis NFT collection.
  • The ZODIAK brand name, MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES trademark, and all associated intellectual property registered under IPOPHL Class 41.
  • Any commercial exploitation, reproduction, distribution, or public performance of the music or artwork.
  • Synchronization rights, licensing, and any derivative works.

ARTICLE 03

MUSIC & COVER ART

The artwork displayed in each ZODIAK Genesis Token is also used as cover art for the ZODIAK album by Juni (MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES). Ownership of a Token does NOT grant any rights to:

  • Claim authorship or ownership of the associated music track.
  • Prevent or challenge the Creator's use of the artwork in any music release, merchandise, or promotional material.
  • Collect or claim any music royalties, streaming revenue, or publishing income generated by the associated track.

ARTICLE 04

ROYALTIES

All secondary market sales of ZODIAK Genesis Tokens are subject to a 7% royalty fee automatically collected via the Ronin Network smart contract and paid to MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES.

ARTICLE 05

GOVERNING LAW

This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All intellectual property rights are protected under IPOPHL Class 41 registration held by MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES.
