Privacy Policy

In short: there are no accounts and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name or email, we do not sell data, and we do not run ads or trackers.

1. Who is responsible

ZODIAK Bingo is operated by MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES in the Philippines. This policy explains what the Game handles and why, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

2. What the Game handles

Your wallet address. When you connect a Ronin wallet, the Game reads your public address to identify you in a round.
Your ZODIAK NFT holdings. The Game checks the public Ronin blockchain to see whether your wallet holds a ZODIAK NFT and which one (its sign, edition and image), which decides how many cards you get.
Game activity. Cards, marks, draws, points, streaks and achievements shown in your profile are kept in your browser during play on your device. We do not keep a player database.
One browser setting. A small item in your browser’s local storage remembers that you have seen the tutorial. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Operator sign-in (operators only). When an operator signs in to the admin tools, the credential entered and the browser type are sent to a Google Apps Script we control to verify access. Players never use this.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, private keys or seed phrase, or payment card details.

3. Why we use it

Only to run the Game: to let you connect, verify NFT ownership, deal cards, run rounds, show your profile, and protect the Game against cheating and abuse.

4. Services that see some data

Hosting (Vercel): our host receives standard request data such as your IP address and browser type in server logs.
Ronin network and RPC (Sky Mavis): your wallet address is sent to the public Ronin network and RPC to read NFT ownership. Blockchain data is public.
Google Fonts: the page loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address.
Google Apps Script: operator sign-in only, as above.
OpenSea and Discord: if you follow links to them, their own policies apply.

We do not sell or rent data, and we share it only with the services above or when the law requires it.

5. The blockchain is public

Wallet addresses, NFT ownership and transactions on Ronin are public and permanent, and we cannot edit or delete them. For your privacy, use a burner wallet when playing as a guest.

6. How long we keep it

Game activity in your browser stays on your device until you clear your browser data. Server logs at our host are kept only as long as needed for security and operation.

7. Your rights

Under RA 10173 you may ask to be informed, to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to its processing, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. To make a request, contact us.

8. Children

The Game is for adults aged 18 or older and is not directed at children.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. Please protect your own wallet and device.
