Terms of Service

In short: ZODIAK Bingo is a game in development, played at your own risk. Play as a guest only with a fresh burner wallet, never your main wallet. We will never ask for your seed phrase.

1. Who we are and what this covers

ZODIAK Bingo (the “Game”) is a zodiac-themed Web3 bingo game on the Ronin network, operated by MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES (the “Operator”, “we”), based in the Philippines. By opening or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Development status

The Game is currently in development. Features, rounds, points, achievements and prizes may change, reset, pause or stop at any time, and bugs are possible. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises of uptime or accuracy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally allowed to use blockchain wallets and to take part in games with prizes where you live. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.

4. Wallets and guest play

Playing requires connecting a Ronin wallet. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase and will never ask for them. Anyone who does is not us.
If you play as a guest, use a fresh burner wallet that holds nothing of value. Do not connect your main or personal wallet.
Blockchain transactions are final. We cannot reverse, refund or recover them, and you are responsible for the security of your own wallet and device.
Guests get 1 free card. Holders of a ZODIAK NFT can play up to 5 cards per round. Ownership is checked on-chain when you connect.

5. Gameplay, points and prizes

Bingo rounds are run by the Operator, who draws the numbers. The first verified line wins the round.
ZODIAK Points are an off-chain, in-game score. They have no cash value and are not a token, security or investment, and they cannot be transferred or sold.
Any prize, including RON, is offered at the Operator’s discretion, is subject to verification of the win, and may be changed, delayed or withdrawn. Winning is never guaranteed. You are responsible for any taxes on prizes you receive.
Nothing in the Game is financial or investment advice.

6. Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, tamper with the Game, attempt to access the admin tools, or use multiple wallets to gain an advantage. We may void results, withhold prizes and block wallets that do.

7. Intellectual property and NFTs

The ZODIAK name and artwork, the Game and its content belong to MISSTERRII COLLECTIVES or its licensors. Rights that come with owning a ZODIAK Genesis NFT are described only in the NFT License. Except as it says, you receive no ownership of our intellectual property.

8. Third-party services

The Game relies on services we do not control, including the Ronin network and wallet, OpenSea, Discord and our hosting provider. They have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them or for outages or losses they cause.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or block access, or end the Game, at any time, particularly for breaches of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Operator is not liable for any loss of funds, digital assets, prizes, points, profits or data, or for indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Game means you accept the update.

12. Governing law and contact
